Terms & Conditions:
1. Academic Collaboration
This executive certification program is jointly offered by the Institute of Data Engineering, Analytics and Science (IDEAS) Foundation, the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata, and the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata.
2. Certification Criteria
Joint certification will be awarded by IDEAS, ISI, and IISWBM only upon the participant’s successful completion of all mandatory modules, assessments, and the designated project work.
3. Eligibility and Prerequisites
Participants are expected to possess fundamental digital literacy (proficiency in operating laptops and standard software) and a working knowledge of Mathematics at the Class X level to engage effectively with the course curriculum.
4. Delivery Mechanism
All training sessions, workshops, and project consultations will be conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. The primary medium of instruction and all official communication will be English.
5. Schedule Modifications
While every effort will be made to adhere to the advertised schedule, the organizing institutes reserve the right to modify dates and timings due to unforeseen exigencies. We remain committed to minimizing any inconvenience to participants in such instances.
6. Registration and Refund Policy
Full payment of the program fee is required prior to the commencement of the course. No refunds will be processed once the program has officially started.
7. Career Disclaimer
This program is an academic and professional certification designed for skill enhancement. Completion of this course does not constitute a guarantee or commitment regarding future employment or placement opportunities.
8. Rights of the Organizers
The organizing institutes reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any application, or to withdraw the program advertisement at their discretion without assigning any reason. In the event of a program cancellation by the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
9. Code of Conduct
The organizers maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct. Participants found in violation of professional ethics or disciplinary standards may be debarred from the program. In such cases, the participant will not be eligible for a refund or certification.
