All payments to IDEAS-TIH are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms and conditions related to the paid service.

Refund policy may vary for every program run by the organisation which will be mentioned in the respective "Call for Participation" or "Advertisements" released for the specific program.

If an event or program is cancelled by IDEAS-TIH due to lack of participation and / or unforseen events, all efforts will be made by IDEAS-TH to refund the fees paid by the participants.

Any query related to refund may be directed to office@ideas-tih.org and it will be responded within a reasonable time.

​

Any dispute related to refund shall be resolved through binding arbitration, chaired by the Project Director of IDEAS-TIH.
